I have to record this for the family yearbook (this blog). Tonight it was Sam's turn to say prayers. He wanted to do it "by myself". He seems to want to do everything by himself lately. So we let him say prayers.
Sam: Heavenly Father

It was so cute. It was his first prayer by himself. He is 2 1/2.

Those are the things as a mother that make it all worth it. It seems sometimes that we try and try and try to teach and half the time we think they are not getting it. Then our kids say something or do something and we go oh they are getting it. Keep up the great work Vicki.
